Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a banquet service professional to coordinate and execute high-quality banquets onsite at the hotel. The role involves assistive setup procedures, maintaining event timelines, and ensuring all space and equipment remain clean and ready for service.

You will collaborate on buffet line design, drink stations and snack tables, while organizing work and storage areas. A strong focus on customer care and timely responses is essential throughout each scheduled event.

Responsibilities

• Assist in set-up procedures to ensure room design is executed correctly
• Maintain a timeline of events to ensure seamless service
• Ensure cleanliness of space and all equipment is in working condition
• Collaborate on buffet set up, drink stations and snack tables for each event as needed
• Organize work area and storage area
• Provide a high level of professional customer service at all times
• Provide set up, service and tear down of each scheduled event
• Respond promptly and courteously to requests
• Must be able to carry a full tray of 6-8 plates with food on them
• Carry trays with multiple drinks on it
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests

Coordinate with Banquet Captains and Food and Beverage Leadership to execute successful banquets onsite at the hotel.
