Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a banquet server to coordinate with Banquet Captains and F&B leadership to ensure successful, onsite banquets at the hotel. The role involves setup, service, and teardown for each event, maintaining timelines and delivering food and beverages to guests, while upholding a high standard of customer service.

• Assist in set-up procedures to ensure room design is executed correctly.
• Maintain a timeline of events to ensure seamless service.
• Ensure cleanliness of space and all equipment.
• Collaborate on buffet set up, drink stations and snack tables for each event as needed.
• Organize work area and storage area.
• Provide a high level of professional customer service at all times.
• Provide set up, service and tear down of each scheduled event.
• Respond promptly and courteously to requests.
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests.

Pay or shift range: $19 USD to $19.25 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Description

Coordinate with Banquet Captains and Food and Beverage Leadership to execute successful banquets onsite at the hotel.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Assist in set-up procedures to ensure room design is executed correctly
• Maintain a timeline of events to ensure seamless service
• Ensure cleanliness of space and all equipment is in working condition
• Collaborate on buffet set up, drink stations and snack tables for each event as needed
• Organize work area and storage area
• Provide a high level of professional customer service at all times
• Provide set up, service and tear down of each scheduled event
• Respond promptly and courteously to requests
• Must be able to carry a full tray of 6-8 plates with food on them
• Carry trays with multiple drinks on it.
• Coordinate with Banquet Captains and Food and Beverage Leadership to execute successful banquets onsite at the hotel.
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests
