Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10–15 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in BPO solution design, operations, or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of BPO delivery models (onshore, offshore, hybrid) and industry verticals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design tailored BPO delivery models.
• Gather inputs to create optimal BPO delivery models.
• Create and maintain dashboards and executive summaries to track performance.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, and sales for feasibility and scalability.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
• Maintain solution frameworks and stay updated on BPO trends.
