Position Overview

MCI is a leading tech‑enabled business services company operating globally, providing Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything‑as‑a‑Service (XaaS) solutions. We are looking for a BPO Insurance Licensing Director to manage Property and Casualty licensing and registration for our insurance professional workforce.

Position Responsibilities

In this role you will be the primary point of contact for clients, MCI operations, and shared services, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and maintaining licensing integrity:

  • Assist agents in obtaining and renewing insurance licenses
  • Communicate requirements with internal teams and follow up as needed
  • Verify fingerprints, applications, and fee waivers
  • Coordinate with state regulators on status and specific requirements
  • Manage terminations and renewal registrations within prescribed timelines
  • Validate data across systems for representatives, advisors, and employees
  • Support onboarding of newly registered agents and answer related queries
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned
Candidate Qualifications

Physical Requirements
