Position Overview: MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in tailored solutions for diverse client needs. We seek an experienced BPO Insurance Licensing Director to support Property and Casualty accounts, managing licensing and registration of insurance professionals, overseeing compliance, and ensuring efficient processing of licensing activities.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Oversee licensing requirements and maintenance for new and existing agents.
2. Act as the primary contact for clients, operations, and shared services teams.
3. Assist agents with obtaining licenses, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
4. Manage licensing fees, waivers, renewals, and terminations.
5. Coordinate with regulators and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
6. Support onboarding of registered employees and handle related data verification.
7. Respond to securities and advisory questions.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent with significant experience considered.
• 8+ years of securities, insurance, or related experience.
• Experience managing large-scale licensing requirements.
• Professional designations (CPCU/CIC/AAI/CISR) preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Conditions of Employment:
