We are currently seeking a BPO Customer Care Associate to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.

Pay for this role is $15.50/hr.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6 months experience in an office environment
• 6 months experience using a computer with Microsoft Windows PC applications
• 6 months of work-from-home environment experience
• High school diploma or GED (Preferences)

Responsibilities:

• Previous insurance industry experience with knowledge of life insurance and annuity policies, handling calls from members regarding payments, policy information, or claims
• Designated quiet area to complete calls while working from home
• Providing front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and striving to meet service standards
• Handling between 75 to 100 calls daily
• Communicating effectively and professionally with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of the insurance industry, products, services, and team processes
• Collaborating with management or team members to proactively address service issues
• 6 months experience in a role requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
• 6 months experience in effective oral and written communication in a professional setting

Additional requirements include having a working device for 2-Factor Authentication, successfully completing training, passing a drug screen, background check, education, and employment verification.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm CT, and rotating Saturday mornings 8:00 am to 12:00 pm CT.
