Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a seasoned business process re-engineering professional to optimize enterprise workflows. The role focuses on BPMN 2.0 modeling, process mapping, and metrics development across complex programs.

You will lead cross-functional workshops, align SOPs with policy, and translate improvements into system requirements and automation opportunities with architects and software teams. Must hold an active U.S. government clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, MIS or related field.
• 4+ years in BPR, process modeling, operational analysis or continuous improvement.
• Active U.S. Government Security Clearance (Secret).
• Facilitation, interview, mediation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Visio; BPMN 2.0 experience.
• Experience leading requirements-gathering in complex environments.
• Enterprise metrics, dashboards, and quantitative analyses experience.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Familiarity with DoDAF/FEAF/TOGAF.
• Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity and Zero Trust.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, execute, measure, and optimize complex enterprise workflows and business operations.
• Model complex business, operational, and technical workflows.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps using BPMN 2.0 and UML.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, value-stream mapping, and gap analyses.
• Re-engineer processes to maximize efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
• Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and working groups with stakeholders.
• Establish baselines, KPIs, and target metrics to quantify impact.
• Author and maintain SOPs, charters, playbooks, and policy alignment documents.
• Collaborate with change management on implementation plans and training.
• Translate optimized processes into system requirements and automation workflows.
