Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Business Analyst to support a long-term Business Process Management transformation in Minneapolis, onsite four days per week. You will collaborate across business, operations, quality engineering, and technology teams to manage requirements, Jira stories, testing, releases, and operational processes within an agile framework.

The ideal candidate has hands-on BA experience with Jira/Agile, strong Excel skills, and the ability to write SQL queries.

Qualifications

• Hands-on BA with Jira/Agile experience and strong Excel skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements and managing work through delivery lifecycle.
• SQL experience with ability to write queries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Jira stories and move work through development, testing, and release.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for BPM initiatives.
• Partner with business and operations teams to translate processes into actionable requirements.
• Support release activities, PIV testing, and UAT.
• Track issues, coordinate resolution, and ensure appropriate business response.
• Support ongoing operational processes and communications.
