• Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification preferences noted but not required.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new initiatives, systems, and process improvements.
• Develop requirements documents, process maps, functional specs, and user acceptance criteria.
• Define requirements, facilitate upgrades, integrations, and data migrations for new solutions.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritize work and ensure sprint outcomes.
• Lead requirement workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions.
• Support standardization of processes, training materials, and end-user adoption.
