Job summary

BinTech Group is seeking an experienced BPM/BAW developer to enhance and maintain the Data Quality Incident Management (DQIM) application. You will collaborate with the development team, design solutions, and drive incidents to resolution with business and IT partners.

The role requires deep JS framework expertise, BPMN knowledge, and hands-on work with IBM BAW/BPM, WebSphere, and integration to external systems via REST/SOAP. A strong focus on UI development and design documentation is expected.

Qualifications

Highly proficient with JavaScript and at least 3 JavaScript frameworks.
Experience implementing Headless BPM processes.
Data Management and Data Governance experience in financial services.
Experience with Business Process Management and BPMN notation.
RESTful or SOAP web services and Java would be helpful.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical team to gather and analyze requirements.
Document detailed design process flows per business requirements – high/low level designs.
Implement BAW architecture and develop solutions on the BAW platform.
Develop Coaches/UI, Human Tasks, System Tasks and Toolkits in BPM/BAW.
Work with JS frameworks (Dojo, React, Angular) and HTML/CSS/AJAX.
Identify anti-patterns in workflow apps and guide avoidance.
Create wireframes, storyboards and user flows; conduct usability tests.
Integrate BPM with external systems via REST/SOAP and asynchronous JMS.
