Job summary

BinTech Group seeks a skilled professional to enhance and maintain the DQIM application using IBM BAW/BPM. You’ll collaborate with the team to design solutions, manage incidents to resolution, and coordinate with business and IT partners.

You will implement BPM/BAW architectures, develop UI components with Dojo/React/Angular, and integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP services and JMS messaging. Jersey City, NJ-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing IBM BAW/BPM workflows.
• Strong UI skills with Dojo, React, Angular, HTML/CSS, AJAX.
• Experience integrating BPM with external systems via REST/SOAP services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Document high/low level design process flows.
• Implement BAW/BPM applications and architecture.
• Develop coaches/UI, human tasks and system tasks within BPM/BAW.
• Build UI with Dojo, React, Angular, HTML/CSS, AJAX.
• Identify anti-patterns in workflow implementations and avoid them.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps and screen flows; conduct usability testing.
• Create custom coach views and work with BPM coach components.
• Integrate BPM with external partners via RESTful and SOAP services; use JMS for messaging.
• Work with Oracle DB/AIS/UCAs and external integrations.
