• Experience assisting volleyball teams preferred.
• Strong communication with players and staff.

Responsibilities

• Teach fundamental volleyball skills.
• Run individual and position-specific drills.
• Assist head coach in designing and executing daily practice plans.
• Set up and break down equipment and coach prep areas during games.
• Scout upcoming opponents and assist in building match strategies.
• Manage game-day responsibilities such as keeping stats and substitutions.
• Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork while ensuring player safety.
• Support JV or Freshmen coaching as designated.
