Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have lacrosse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous coaching experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must successfully complete and maintain compliance with all federal and state background checks.
• Must meet DASD procedures for transporting students (including MVR checks).

Responsibilities

• Provide interactive and well-rounded lacrosse training.
• Observe players and outline corrective techniques to improve performance.
• Schedule and lead practices, enforce rules and expectations.
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and safe sporting practices.
