Job summary

Adams 12 Five Star Schools is seeking a replacement athletic coach at Legacy High School in Thornton, CO. The role is part-time (FTE 0.0625) with 2.5 hours per week and the ability to coach multiple sports according to the district’s salary schedule.

The ideal candidate will hold coaching credentials, be able to enforce CHSAA rules, and support student safety and athletic development within the school program.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at high school or college level preferred.
• Must hold current AED/CPR and First Aid/CPR certifications.
• Knowledge of CHSSA rules and ability to supervise and coach students.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students and enforce district, school league and CHSSA rules.
• Plan, organize and direct a specific sport."
• Perform and teach advanced techniques in the sport.
• Promote safety and communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds.
