Job summary

Adams 12 Five Star Schools is seeking a replacement athletic coach for a position based in Thornton, Colorado. Compensation follows the Athletic Coaches Salary Schedule, with AED/CPR and other required certifications to be obtained on hire.

Candidates should have prior coaching at the high school or college level and must be prepared to supervise athletes, enforce rules, and Coach the designated sport in line with CHSSA policies.

Qualifications

• Hold a current certificate in First Aid/CPR or a willingness to obtain.
• Must be a CDE licensed teacher or hold CHSAA coaching registration upon hire.
• Previous coaching experience at high school or college level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students and enforce district, school, league and CHSAA rules.
• Plan, organize and direct the specific sport.
• Promote safety and follow district, school and CHSSA policies.
