Job summary

ServingSchools is seeking a Boys Freshman Basketball Coach for Gardiner Area High School for the 2026-2027 school year.

The candidate should hold CHRC authorization from the Maine Department of Education, NFHS Heat Acclimatization and Concussion certifications, CPR and First Aid, and an NFHS Coaching certification. Coaching experience is preferred but not required; ability to work with high school students and teach basketball skills and game strategy is essential.

Qualifications

• CHRC authorization from the Maine Department of Education is required.
• NFHS Heat Acclimatization and Concussion course certifications are required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• NFHS Coaching certification is required.

Qualifications: Current CHRC authorization through the State of Maine Department of Education. NFHS course certification in Heat Acclimatization and Concussion; CPR and First Aid certification; and NFHS Coaching certification.

Description: Coaching experience in Basketball is preferred but not required. Having the ability to work with High School students and be able to teach the skills and strategies of the game is a must.
