Qualifications

• Experience in teaching or coaching youth is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administrative responsibilities with LEAP Liaison and Varsity Head Coach.
• Be the primary contact for the sport within the middle school.
• Ensure participants understand and meet LEAP expectations.
• Coach individuals to develop sport-specific skills and fundamentals.
• Maintain up-to-date rosters and track coaching assignments.
• Ensure athletes have current physicals on file.
• Collaborate with varsity coaches on practice plans and player placement.
• Communicate schedules, changes, and outcomes to families.
