Sylvania is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Grades 7, 8 & C-Team Boys Basketball Coaches in Kasson, Minnesota. The role involves assisting the Head Coach, supervising athletes, and managing equipment. Experience in coaching, preferably at the Junior High or High School level, is required. The season runs from December 2026 to March 2027, and the role is crucial for the athletic development of student-athletes.

This is a seasonal position that provides an opportunity to make a difference in young athletes' lives during the winter season.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching at Junior High or High School level.
• Preferably hold coaching certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in assigned areas.
• Coach a specific specialty in the 7-12 Athletic Program.
• Supervise athletes during practices and games.
• Help with equipment ordering and inventory.
• Participate in pre or post season meetings.
• Assist with pre-post season conditioning programs.
• Maintain detailed statistics for Head Coach.
