Qualifications

• Certified employee serving in a teaching or administrative position.
• Certified paraprofessional with completion of lay coach courses and GHSA Head Coaching Class.
• Experience in coaching or playing the sport preferred.
• Experience with equipment inventory and scheduling preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication; emphasizes safety and injury prevention.

Responsibilities

• Instructs and coaches K-12 students on fundamentals of sports.
• Assists Head Coach with registration, equipment issuance and try-outs.
• Coordinates and supervises practice schedules and athlete supervision.
• Encourages healthy participation and teamwork across staff and students.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
