Job summary

GLOUCESTER COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS is seeking an individual to supplement the basketball program for the season. The position involves assisting in teaching basketball skills and supporting athletes during practices and contests.

Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification, complete concussion training, and finish onboarding requirements including background checks and a TB test. The season bonus of $1,440 is paid in March.

• Cover and resume optional, but preferred, and highly recommended
• Must hold or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Must attend concussion training
• Satisfactory completion of all onboarding requirements prior to first day of employment, including, but not limited to:
• Documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S.
• Virginia State Police/FBI criminal history background check
• Virginia Department of Social Services background check
• Tuberculosis test/screening completed within the last 12 months
• "Child Abuse and Neglect" training certificate
