Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic and electrical failures.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment and presses using manuals and vendor support.
• Follow maintenance schedules, drawings, diagrams, specifications and written instructions.
• Locate and diagnose equipment failures and apply timely corrective actions.
• Execute the preventive maintenance plan and participate in upgrades.
• Perform inspections to prevent breakdowns and maintain equipment.

Strong background and experience in troubleshooting and repair of factory mechanical equipment. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment and mechanical and hydraulic presses is needed.

Duties And Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Will utilize expert level trouble shooting skills with hands on approach to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic and electrical failures.
• Will perform trouble shooting and repair of CNC equipment and presses by working with the machine manuals and manufactures support.
• Will work from maintenance schedules, detailed drawings, diagrams, specifications, prints and written and verbal instructions.
• Locates and diagnoses complex equipment failure and ensures timely, corrective actions.
• Execute the preventive maintenance plan according to the PM schedule.
• Participate on special projects work on equipment upgrade and installations.
• Makes routine, periodic or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdown of facilities, machinery and equipment.
• Performs all functions of Maintenance Mechanic B.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience
• All positions require use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms regulations. All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Compensation
