Job summary

TITLE Boxing Club Louisville is a high-energy fitness studio offering boxing-inspired workouts for all levels. You will work directly with clients in 1-on-1 sessions or small groups to deliver customized training programs that build strength, confidence, and lasting results.

We’re looking for a professional with experience in personal training, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt workouts for all abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal training or private coaching (1-on-1 or small group).
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to adapt training for all fitness levels and abilities.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to support club events and help grow the training program.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of personal training by delivering an outstanding experience for new and existing clients.
• Motivate clients to get results by setting goals, creating customized workout plans and tracking progress.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients’ goals including exercise selection and teaching a fitness lifestyle.
• Conduct private and small group training sessions (boxing, kickboxing, strength, conditioning).
• Design personalized workout plans tailored to each client’s goals and fitness level.
• Track progress, provide feedback, and adjust programs as needed.
• Build genuine relationships with clients that support motivation and accountability.
• Promote personal training services to new and current members.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic club culture.
