Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a delivery driver in Tacoma to handle 10–20 deliveries daily with a box truck under 26,001 lbs.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, logs, and safe loading/unloading of tires and parts, lifting 50–80 lb blocks, and using equipment as needed. Strong customer service and safety focus required. The schedule is Monday–Friday 5am–1:30pm or until routes are finished, with possible overtime including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year of professional driving experience.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and high reach lifts as required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Pre-employment drug test and DOT medical card requirements.
• All work conducted in accordance with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds and complete 10–20 deliveries per day.
• Maintain logs, fuel records, and other company logs as required.
• Make on-time deliveries in all weather conditions and communicate with customers.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle.
• Lift 50–80 pounds regularly; assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Operate devices and assist with equipment like forklifts when required.
• Handle payments collected at delivery and up-sell where appropriate.
• Work 8–12 hours per day and follow safety policies.
