Job summary

U.S. AutoForce in Connecticut is hiring a delivery driver to support our tire and auto parts distribution network. You will operate a box truck under 26,001 lbs, complete 10–20 daily deliveries, perform safety inspections, and lift heavy items with team lifts as needed.

Strong customer service and safe-driving skills are essential. Schedule is Monday–Friday 6:30am–3:00pm with potential overtime. Benefits include weekly pay, health coverage from day one, and a 401(k) with generous employer

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year of professional driving experience (box truck or similar).
• Valid DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds on multiple routes with 10–20 deliveries per day.
• Complete and maintain logs and records as required by policy and law.
• Make on-time deliveries at customer locations in all weather.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Lift up to 50 lbs consistently, up to 80 lbs occasionally; use team lifts or equipment for tires.
• Assist in loading/unloading and operate equipment when needed.
• Work 8–12 hours per day; communicate effectively with customers and management.
• Collect payments from customers at delivery.
