Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a driver in Prescott Valley to safely operate a vehicle for picking up, transporting, and delivering donated goods. The role requires a 21+ driver with a clean MVR, the ability to pass background checks, and English proficiency.

You will participate in daily vehicle checks, assist with unloading, and support the team while upholding Goodwill values. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and potential overtime.

Formación

• Six months intercity driving experience in a 5-speed automatic, 26-foot bobtail, or equivalent with air brakes.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR, plus Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable for position.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operates a vehicle to collect, transport and/or deliver donations, processed merchandise and other materials.
• Safeguards donated goods to prevent damage during shipment.
• Assists with unloading of merchandise and minimizes damage to donated materials.
• Follows all safety rules and uses required safety equipment.
• Performs daily vehicle maintenance checks and ensures work targets are met.
• May work overtime to complete tasks and provides direction to Truck Helper when applicable.

Must have strong adherence to all safety policies and wearing all required personal protective equipment at all times.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Safely operates a vehicle to collect, transport and/or deliver donations, processed merchandise and other materials, as directed.Safeguards donated goods to prevent damage during shipment.Assists with unloading of merchandise, minimizing damage to donated materials.Acts courteously, handles customer concerns, and resolves and/or escalates when necessary.Follows all established policies, procedures and local, county, state and federal laws.Performs daily vehicle maintenance checks.Ensures daily work requirements are met, maintaining quality and quantity performance.May be required to work overtime to complete assigned tasks.Responsible for following and ensuring all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used.
