Job summary

Planet Aid in Hudson, NH is seeking a safety-minded driver to operate a 20 ft box truck, collect donated textiles, and transport items to designated locations on local routes.

This full-time role offers 4x10 shifts with Saturdays required, pay is $23 per hour plus bonus (average $25 per hour with bonus), paid weekly. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life, AD&D, and a 401(k). Time off includes paid vacations, sick leave, and 9 holidays; DOT and safety training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of box truck or similar driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and DOT physical.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and outdoor work.

This role focuses on operating a box truck (up to 20 ft.) to collect and transport donated textiles. You’ll play a key part in ensuring donations are picked up efficiently and delivered safely.

What You’ll Do
Driving / Route Duties

• Safely operate box trucks on assigned local routes
• Service donation bins (collect, clean, and maintain sites)
• Load and transport donated materials to designated locations
• Follow all safety procedures and driving regulations
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Communicate any route, site, or safety concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily routes

Schedule: 4 days, 10-hour shifts (Saturdays required)

Pay: $23/hour plus bonus (Average $25/hr with bonus), paid weekly. Stay on bonus after 3 months $1,000.
