Job summary

Planet Aid, Inc. is seeking a box truck driver to collect and transport donated textiles on local routes in New York. You will safely operate a box truck up to 20 ft, service donation bins, and ensure donations are picked up and delivered on schedule.

The role requires at least 1 year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass drug screening, background checks, and a DOT physical. We offer health, vision, dental, life, AD&D, and 401k benefits, plus paid time off.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This role focuses on operating a box truck (up to 20 ft.) to collect and transport donated textiles. You’ll play a key part in ensuring donations are picked up efficiently and delivered safely.

What You’ll Do

Driving / Route Duties

• Safely operate box trucks on assigned local routes
• Service donation bins (collect, clean, and maintain sites)
• Load and transport donated materials to designated locations
• Follow all safety procedures and driving regulations
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues
• Communicate any route, site, or safety concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily routes

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9:00 AM start time)

Pay: $21/hour, paid weekly
