Job summary

Planet Aid is seeking a dedicated driver to operate a box truck (up to 20 ft) for local donation pickups and transports. You will ensure safe, efficient collections and deliveries on assigned routes in a mission-driven organization.

The role includes driving 4 days of 10-hour shifts (Saturdays required) with a pay rate of $23/hour plus potential bonuses, weekly pay, and eligibility for a $1,000 bonus after 3 months. Comprehensive benefits and paid time off are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of box truck or similar driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screening, background check, and DOT physical.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks on assigned local routes.
• Service donation bins (collect, clean, and maintain sites).
• Load and transport donated materials to designated locations.
• Follow all safety procedures and driving regulations.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Communicate any route, site, or safety concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily routes.
