Position Overview:

As a Catering Driver at Fox Bros BBQ, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and with the same level of quality and care they've come to expect from our restaurant. You'll be responsible for delivering our delicious barbecue to various events and venues, providing excellent customer service along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Management: Safely transport food orders from Fox Bros. BBQ to various catering events and venues within the designated timeframe.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to customers upon delivery, ensuring their satisfaction with the order and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Order Accuracy: Verify all orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness, including items, quantities, and special requests.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle, including regular inspections and reporting any issues to management.
• Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during transport to ensure the integrity and quality of the food.
• Timeliness: Manage delivery schedules efficiently, optimizing routes to minimize delivery times and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with the catering team, providing updates on delivery status and any relevant information.
• Problem Resolution: Handle any delivery-related issues or discrepancies professionally and promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
