USAgain is seeking an AM Shift Driver Service Representative in San Leandro, CA. You will operate a box truck on local routes, deliver and swap recycling bins, and bring materials to the warehouse for processing. The role requires stamina, safety awareness and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule is Tue, Wed, Thu and Sat with 12:00 AM start, 10 hours per day. Comprehensive benefits are available, including medical, dental/vision, disability and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 3–5 years of experience driving an 18'–26' box truck for pickups or deliveries.
• DMV record: no more than two moving violations in 3 years, no accidents in 3 years, no DUI in 7 years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Twist, bend and perform repetitive movements throughout the day.
• Flexible hours based on business needs.
• Ability to read and understand memos, reports and instructions.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in driving and physical work.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.
• Role is highly labor-intensive with sustained physical exertion.

Responsibilities

• Operate local routes safely in a box truck to service TreeMachines and Drop Spots.
• Deliver and swap bins and carts at customer sites as required.
• Unload collected materials at the warehouse and organize them.
• Handle overflow pickups and ensure timely material collection.
• Address site issues including bin repairs, repositioning and graffiti removal.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Support warehouse operations with material organization and general assistance.
