Job summary

USAgain seeks an AM Shift Driver Service Representative in San Leandro, CA. The role delivers and swaps recycling bins on local routes and brings materials to the warehouse. Expect Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday work days with a 12:00 AM PT start and 10-hour shifts.

Applicants must have 3–5 years of box truck driving experience, lift up to 50 lbs, a clean DMV record, and be able to pass pre-employment screening. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience driving an 18' to 26' box truck for pickups or deliveries.
• Able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to read memos and schedules with attention to safety protocols.
• Must pass pre-employment screening and maintain a clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Operate local routes safely and service TreeMachines and Drop Spots.
• Deliver and swap bins and carts at customer sites as required.
• Unload collected materials at the warehouse and organize for processing.
• Manage overflow pickups and address site issues as needed.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and assist warehouse operations.
