USAgain in San Leandro, CA seeks an AM Shift Driver Service Representative to deliver and swap recycling bins, run local routes, and bring materials to the warehouse for processing. Location: San Leandro, CA.

Schedule: Tue, Wed, Thu and Sat, starting at 12:00 AM PT, 10 hours per day. Salary is $30 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, a 401(k) program, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires high physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Requires 21+ years of age and DMV record within stated limits.
• Ability to read and comprehend memos, reports, and schedules.
• Basic computer skills and safety protocol knowledge are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate local routes safely with a box truck to service recycling bins and drop spots.
• Deliver and swap bins and carts at customer sites as needed.
• Unload collected materials at the warehouse and manage overflow pickups.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance as needed.
• Assist warehouse operations and maintain organized materials.
