Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is seeking a dedicated delivery driver for our Minnesota routes.

The role requires operating a box truck to complete 10–20 daily deliveries, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintaining logs with accuracy. You will lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally, with team lifts for heavy tires. You will assist loading/unloading, use forklifts when needed, and ensure on-time deliveries in all weather.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older (mandatory policy).
• 1 year of professional driving experience with a valid record.
• Must be trained to safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high reach lifts, as required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds, especially with barrels/tires.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Overtime availability as needed.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test (THC/marijuana not tested).
• Valid DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck ≤26,001 pounds on routes with 10–20 deliveries per day.
• Complete and maintain driver logs, fuel logs, and related records.
• Make on-time deliveries at customer locations in all weather conditions.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle.
• Assist with loading/unloading of trucks; use equipment when needed.
• Lift up to 50–80 pounds; team lifts for tires; possible forklift use.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Collect payments from customers upon delivery.
