Granite Group in Connecticut is seeking a customer-facing delivery driver to serve our customers and job sites. You will build relationships with the community and act as a positive liaison between Granite Group and our customers.

Hours are 6:30 to 3:30, making it ideal for a school schedule. As a full-time team member, you will access health benefits for you and your family, wellness discounts, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and paid time off plus holidays.

Formación

• Experience as a delivery driver.
• Experience with heavy equipment safely (boilers, water heaters, etc.).
• Ability to lift 75 lbs safely.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• DOT medical card and background screen are mandatory.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver to Granite Group customers and job sites.
• Load truck by ordering, placing, and securing items.
• Maintain safe operation and clean appearance per policies and regulations.

This is a customer facing position, deliveries include service to Granite Group customers and to job sites with courteous and timely deliveries. Develop relationships with your community and be a positive liaison between TGG and our customers. Hours are 6:30 to 3:30, perfect for a school schedule!

Key Duties and Qualifications:

• Experience as a delivery driver
• Experience with heavy equipment safely (boilers, water heaters, etc.)
• Ability to swiftly and carefully lift 75lbs
• 21 years of age
• DOT medical card physical, drug and background screen are mandatory
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Loads truck by ordering, placing, and securing items
• Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations
