Job summary

Granite Group is seeking a delivery driver to serve customers and job sites, fostering strong community relationships. The role operates 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, offering a school-friendly schedule and opportunities for advancement within the Granite Group team.

You will handle deliveries, maintain truck safety, and work with boilers, water heaters, and related equipment. A valid license, clean record, and DOT medical card are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering items to customers and job sites.
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment related to boilers and water heaters.
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and moving cargo with care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload goods for Granite Group customers and job sites.
• Build relationships with customers and act as a positive liaison for TGG.
• Load truck, secure items, and ensure safe, timely deliveries.
• Maintain safe vehicle operation and comply with state/local driving rules.

Job description

This is a customer facing position, deliveries include service to Granite Group customers and to job sites with courteous and timely deliveries. Develop relationships with your community and be a positive liaison between TGG and our customers. Hours are 6:30 to 3:30, perfect for a school schedule!

Key Duties and Qualifications:

• Experience as a delivery driver
• Experience with heavy equipment safely (boilers, water heaters, etc.)
• Ability to swiftly and carefully lift 75lbs
• 21 years of age
• DOT medical card physical, drug and background screen are mandatory
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Loads truck by ordering, placing, and securing items
• Maintains safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations
