Job summary

TOTAL Mechanical Inc. is seeking a Driver to support material deliveries and returns under the direction of the Logistics Operations Manager. The role includes loading, unloading, and transporting materials, as well as operating a forklift within the warehouse and at job sites.

Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED, forklift certification, a Class B CDL, and a valid driver’s license. The position requires physical work and occasional outdoor duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries: Load vehicles with material and equipment and deliver per directions; assist unloading.
• Material Handling: Use forklift to move material within the warehouse.
• Trailering: Capable of towing trailers to and from job sites.
• General Warehouse: Assist in miscellaneous warehouse duties as needed.
• Participate in development and implementation of company best practices.

Division

General Operations (Full Time, Exempt)

Under the direction of the Logistics Operations Manager, the Driver is responsible for material and equipment deliveries and returns.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED
• Certificates/Licenses: Forklift Certification, Driver’s License, and Class B CDL required
• Physical Job Requirements: Move throughout office, construction site, and general outdoor environments and the ability to lift up to 80lbs

Key Activities

1. Deliveries. Load work vehicles with material and equipment. Deliver in accordance with directions. Assist in unloading deliveries.
2. Material Handling. Operate forklift to transport material within the warehouse.
3. Participate in the development and implementation of Company best practices.
4. General Warehouse. Assist in miscellaneous warehouse duties as needed.
5. Trailering. Capable of trailering items to and from job sites.
