Job description



Mansfield Service Partners is looking for a Box Truck Driver for our Aurora, CO location.

Essential Duties:

  • Transport bulk fluids and packaged goods by pickup or box truck.
  • Drive trucks safely to and from destinations, adhering to DOT regulations and area road laws. Follow OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations.
  • Check loads to ensure products are hauled safely and appropriately.
  • Verify delivery directions with plant personnel before leaving to ensure correct delivery.
  • Aim to meet customer expectations and achieve high customer satisfaction survey results.
  • Develop strong relationships with external and internal customers to maximize opportunities and address needs.
  • Keep equipment clean using approved cleaning materials.
  • Maintain radio contact with supervisor/dispatch for delivery instructions.
  • Complete pre- and post-trip inspections of truck equipment and supplies.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance and report defects, accidents, or violations.
  • Maintain knowledge of traffic routes in the area.
  • Require walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing.
  • Be prompt and courteous to customers, co-workers, and others.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical and Environmental Conditions:

The role involves outdoor work with exposure to dirt, dust, noise, vibration, fumes, odors, and humidity. May encounter mechanical, chemical, and electrical hazards. Tasks include standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing. Travel via vehicle and airplane may be required. Lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently.

Minimum Education, Experience, and Certification:

  • Valid Class B CDL required.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Class B CDL driver.
  • At least 1 year handling petroleum products or hazardous materials.
  • Endorsements are a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Site-specific training will be provided.
