JOB DETAILS

Base pay rate is $27.00 per hour

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Driver will be expected to transport, deliver, and/or unload windows and patio door products to customers in a safe and timely manner at our dealers, distribution centers, and/or construction sites using a box truck. This position requires skills in safe driving, delivery, and customer service.

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections thoroughly
• Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment
• Report any repairs or maintenance needed immediately
• Ensure compliance with DOT guidelines
• Load and unload truck
• Verify load contents before leaving manufacturing or job site
• Follow all safety procedures for transporting goods
• Occasional weekend work
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License
• At least 2 years of commercial truck driving experience (Military DD214 experience acceptable)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly above shoulder height and below waist
• Multi-drop delivery experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Effective time management skills
• Commitment to safe work practices
