Job Summary
The Box Office Attendant is responsible for providing information about event locations, seating options, pricing, and assisting guests in selecting the best tickets. The role involves processing ticket orders and collecting payments.

Essential Functions

• Accurately process ticket orders and payments.
• Follow cash handling and inventory procedures to ensure security.
• Greet guests warmly, providing information and assistance.
