Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Irving, TX is seeking a Box Office Manager to oversee ticketing operations at Punch Line Irving. The role requires leadership, staff supervision, and strong knowledge of Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, and TM1.

You will manage events, coordinate with promoters, ensure cash handling compliance, and drive exceptional guest service while maximizing revenue through pricing and ancillary products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Box Office manager or representative.
• Strong knowledge of customer service, computer operations, and cash management procedures.
• Understanding of Ticketing systems including Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, AccountManager and the TM1 product suite.
• Experience managing season ticket business and ancillary offerings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main Ticketing contact for all events at the venue(s) or locations assigned.
• Develop strong working relationships with Live Nation promoters, ticketing staff, guests, and partners.
• Manage the hiring, training, scheduling, and day-to-day supervision of all Box Office personnel.
• Ensure Box Office staff adheres to the company’s ticket operations policies and procedures.
• Organize and oversee nightly Box Office operations during events (Ticket Sales, Will Call, Ticketing Scanning, etc.).
• Create a positive & collaborative working environment and maintain staff morale.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external event personnel to address ticketing needs.
• Monitor all ticket inventory and assist with pricing and ancillary product initiatives.
