Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is the leading live entertainment company seeking a Box Office Supervisor to oversee all box office operations and maximize guest satisfaction at our venues. You will manage staffing, training, cash handling, and sales reconciliation while ensuring high service standards across the consumer experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining show inventories in Ticketmaster, coordinating event builds, and guaranteeing efficient night-of-show operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years Box Office / Ticketing supervisory or management experience
• Ticketmaster experience
• High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
• Proficient typing skills required
• Leadership and staff management abilities
• Experience with computerized ticketing operations and software

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Box Office operations
• Ensure superior customer service to consumers
• Recruiting and hiring staff and maintaining staffing levels
• Manage ticket sales reconciliation and daily ticket counts
• Balance and reconcile cash drawers
• Maintain and modify show inventories in Ticketmaster and event builds
• Ensure smooth night-of-show operations and inter-departmental communications
• Attend internal and external meetings as required
