Job summary

Studio Movie Grill in Dallas, TX seeks part-time Team Members to provide an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced cinema environment. You will be responsible for box office tasks, guest service, and in-theater dining support, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates are available for nights, weekends and holidays, fluent in English, at least 16 years old, and capable of standing 6–9 hours with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive pay offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and experience.
• Work effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
• Demonstrate consistent and effective sales techniques.
• Meet sales expectations through suggestive selling.
• Complete transactions by greeting each guest, identifying the guest’s request, operating point-of-sale terminals, making change accurately, and thanking guests.
• Ensure the security of all cash, receipts and tickets.
• Enforce the movie ratings system courteously and effectively.
• Distribute, ensure proper working order of, and understand how to operate 3D glasses if applicable.
• Follow all procedures to ensure a safe work environment, as well as the safety of our guests.
