Box Office Attendant | Part-time | Angel Of The Winds Arena

Oak View Group is a global leader in venue development, management, and hospitality services for the live event industry. We offer comprehensive solutions for world-class venues, including arenas, convention centers, music festivals, and cultural institutions.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Box Office Director and Supervisor, responsible for ticket sales and customer service at Angel Of The Winds Arena. This part-time role pays $16.66 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k) plan and matching. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

About the Venue

The arena's box office is hiring part-time ticket sellers. Ideal for students, full-time workers with evening availability, and those seeking extra income in a lively, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Sell tickets using Ticketmaster for all arena events.
  2. Provide information on ticket prices, event timings, parking, and directions.
  3. Collect customer information for advance sales.
  4. Maintain workstations with supplies and information.
  5. Handle patron issues and answer phones.
  6. Provide ADA information in person and over the phone.
  7. Perform general office duties and reconcile ticket sales.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Comfortable using web-based customer service software and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain professionalism with staff and patrons.
  • Present a calm, knowledgeable demeanor.
  • Ability to work under stress and multi-task.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Prior cash handling and box office experience preferred.
  • Flexible availability based on event schedule.
  • Must be 18 or older.
Hours

Availability for weekday and weekend evenings starting at 4:00/4:30 pm, with some daytime shifts on weekends. Shifts vary depending on event scheduling, with no guaranteed hours.
