Marcus Theatres is hiring a Part Time Box Office Attendant/Host in a fast-paced cinema environment. You will be the first friendly face guests meet, handling ticketing, loyalty sign-ups, and cash with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability required, including Tuesdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to industry demands.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-driven setting.
• Passion for delivering top-tier hospitality and food service.
• Committed to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 35 lbs, and working in a theatre environment.
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality or fast food settings or as cashier/host is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, complete transactions, process loyalty sign-ups, and express appreciation.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, manage cash, tickets, and change securely.
• Enforce theatre policies, including curfew rules and movie rating restrictions.
• Promote sales through upselling and product sampling.
• Provide and operate assistive movie-going equipment for guests as needed.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked box office and perform routine upkeep tasks.
• Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support company standards and assist with tasks assigned by management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.

• Provide and operate assistive movie‑going equipment for guests as needed.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked box office and perform routine upkeep tasks.
• Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support company standards and assist with tasks assigned by management.
• Support a culture of cleanliness by consistently following and reinforcing company cleaning standards. Take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
