Job summary

MARIANI PACKING GROUP in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is hiring for a position responsible for constructing boxes and ensuring product weight accuracy. This role requires standing for long hours, following safety and food safety regulations, and performing various physical tasks.

The ideal candidate must be ready for both scheduled and unscheduled overtime. Key benefits include competitive salary and a health program for employees and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, stooping.
• Must be able to work regularly scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
• Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours a shift.
• Must be able to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, stairs, and work on top of dryers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for constructing boxes, placing bags in boxes, and inspecting boxes.
• Responsible for checking the weight of each filled box for accuracy.
• Responsible for completing any necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Stacks or un-stacks pallets when robot not working.
• Responsible for moving support materials from the warehouse into the bulk room.
• Fills, stacks, moves, or handles materials weighing more than 35 pounds frequently.
• Knows and follows Company Lock‑out/Tag‑out, HACCP, and GMP procedures.
• Responsible for food safety.
