Job summary

Eastridge is hiring a Production Assistant II for the Phoenix, AZ area. You will support a production team, assembling box‑build integration systems and subassemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of mechanical/production assembly experience, proficiency with hand tools and basic computer tasks, and good English communication. Soldering is a plus and may be assessed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical or production assembly experience.
• Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during shift.
• Soldering experience is a plus; a soldering assessment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble box-build integration systems and related subassemblies by following work instructions and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring proper separation of job kits, tools, and materials.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve assembly issues within your skill level.
• Support supervisors with production scheduling, workflow, and work assignments as needed.
• Review work-in-process to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met.
• Complete and organize required quality documentation for production records.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a quality-focused work environment.
