Qualifications

• Ability to calculate quantity of parts needed at any time.

• Proficient PC skills and Windows OS experience.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Capable of basic data entry and problem solving.
• Knowledge of FIFO inventory and assembly tooling.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed verbal or written instructions with visual aids.
• Verify incoming material and store using FIFO inventory.
• Assemble using torque drivers and hardware at a predetermined run rate.
• Scan components from flow racks or Kanban locations.
• Maintain certifications in Assembler I, Router, and related operations.
• Conduct physical inventory and participate in purge processes as needed.
• Maintain 5S order and safety compliance in the area.
