Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN is seeking a friendly bowling center attendant to deliver prompt guest service, reserve lanes, collect fees, and keep equipment and lanes in good order. You will interact with guests, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with 1 year of guest service or cash handling preferred. Training includes Treasure Island guest services and TIPS certification, plus dress code and hygiene

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year guest service experience preferred.
• 1 year cash handling experience preferred.
• Accurate and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Computer experience with Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
• Reserve and assign bowling lanes and shoes to guests and collect fees.
• Inspect lanes to ensure bowling equipment is available.
• Collect all Credit Card Receipts.
• Notify Supervisor of guests misuse of lanes and equipment.
• Fix minor pinsetter problems and contact Maintenance for complex issues.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work area.
