Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Bowling Guest to provide efficient, courteous service to bowling guests in our Las Vegas centers, maximizing lane utilization and guest experience.

You will operate the control desk, issue lanes for open play and leagues, and communicate via telephone, box, and PA systems. Promote leagues/events and assist the Score Assistant as needed, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred; must be at least 18.
• Basic knowledge of bowling and cash handling.
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
• Must obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide bowling guests with efficient, courteous service.
• Operate control desk by issuing lanes to open play guests, and manage lanes for leagues and tournaments.
• Communicate clearly on the telephone, call box and PA Systems.
• Monitor area for disruptive behavior or misuse of lanes or equipment.
• Promote leagues and center events to guests.
• Fulfill all duties of the Score Assistant when needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
