Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain training certification per company policy.
• Ability to assist guests and team members with game, lane, and attraction problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM on games, lanes and bowling areas, and attractions per the Tech Services Manager (TSM).
• Assist guests and TM's with game, lane, and attraction problems and report/resolve issues.
• Maintain games, lanes, and attractions; assist safety and functionality as needed.
• Maintain uniform standards and communicate needs to TSM and Fun Manager.
• Assist as needed in other areas as requested; uphold professional appearance.
